1. Be familiar with the usage of mainstream UI frameworks and related technology stacks in the community, including React/Vue/Svelte, etc., and have in-depth development experience 2. Understand the source code implementation of mainstream front-end UI frameworks and understand the design ideas behind the framework 3. Continue to pay attention to mainstream technologies, cutting-edge fields and practices in the global technology community 4. Priority will be given to those who have their own open source projects, technical products or open source community contribution experience.
