- As product development chemist, your focus will be leading new product development for automotive applications, providing technical support to customers, and providing manufacturing support to plants.
- You will focus on PU technology for structural and non-structural applications for automotive industry.

Provide technical support to customers and present Henkel AMO solutions at meetings and conferences.

Support plants to complete new product scale-up, optimize production process and solve quality issues.

Work closely with application engineers and business team to solve problems during application at customers.

You are expected to understand automotive applications, market trends and customer needs.
- Engage in IP protection of innovative work.

Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and innovation process.
- Master’s degree or above, major in Chemistry, polymer science or material science, etc.

5+ years R&D experience in material industrials, experience in automotive applications is preferred.

Knowledge and experience in PU technology.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Good language skills in English.
