工作职责 Responsibility:
1 按订单需求准备制作工艺路线,制程要求,测试模板等。
Prepare process routes, process requirements, test templates, etc. according to order requirements.
2 主导量产产品生产过程中的已知失效模式的分析,改善,及时解决生产异常。
Lead the analysis and improvement of known failure modes in the production process, and solve production abnormalities in time.
3 熟悉工艺要求和关键控制点,对工艺关键控制点日常执行的审查确认,及时发现并纠正异常。
Familiar with process requirements and critical control points, review and confirm the daily implementation of critical process, and find and correct abnormalities in time.
4 利用 SPC 监控合格率变化,失效模式变化,及时介入异常改善分析
Use SPC to monitor the abnormal of pass rate and failure mode, and timely intervene in abnormal improvement analysis
5 针对 Top3 失效模式,指定改善计划,持续改善。
Aiming at the Top3 failure modes, specify an improvement plan for continuous improvement.
6 对关键失效 / 致命失效不良品失效分析,确认 Root Cause ,制定定改善措施
Conduct failure analysis on critical failures/fatal failures, confirm Root Cause, and output improvement measures.
7 支持 RMA 产品 FA 分析,主导改善措施的制定和实施。
Support the FA analysis of RMA products, and lead the formulation and implementation of improvement measures.
8 定期对生产,测试数据进行分析处理,关注工艺能力变化。如有异常,进行分析改善。
Regularly analyze production data and test data, and pay attention to changes in process capabilities. If abnormal, analyze and improve it.
9 跟进样品订单 / 小批量订单生产,整理分析生产,测试数据,输出明确结论。
Follow up the production of sample orders/small batch orders, analyze production data and test data, and output conclusions.
10 编订和维护操作指导书,制程要求文件,测试模板和其他生产相关文件
Compile and maintain operating instructions, process requirements documents, test templates and other production-related documents
11 定期对测试系统准确性( GRR 或 Golden Sample 测试情况)进行确认。如有异常,进行分析改善。
Regularly analysis the accuracy of the test system (GRR or Golden Sample test conditions). If abnormal, analyze and improve it.
12 排除生产工位,测试设备 / 系统的简单异常。报告 PE 无法解决的软件,系统,硬件,设备异常,寻求其他资源及时解决问题。
Eliminate simple abnormalities in production stations and test equipments/systems. Report software, system, hardware, and equipment abnormalities that PE cannot solve in a timely manner, and seek other resources to solve problems in a timely manner.
13 对来料异常进行初步的分析和风险评估。
Preliminary analysis and risk assessment of incoming material abnormalities.
14 主导 ORT 失效分析和产品风险评估
Lead ORT failure analysis and product risk assessment
15 评审,考核员工相应岗位上岗资格
Review and assess the qualifications of employees for corresponding posts
16 选拔技术员,对技术员进行工艺培训,领导技术员协助 PE 进行日常工艺改进和项目跟进。
Select technicians, Technical training for technicians, and lead technicians to assist PE in process improvement and project follow-up.
任职要求 Skill Requirements
1 熟悉器件生产工艺,了解关键工艺细节,深刻理解工艺背景;
Familiar with the production process, understand the key process details, and deeply understand the process background;
2 深刻理解物料关键指标 / 特性 / 原理;
Deep understanding of key indicators/characteristics/principles of BOM materials;
3 熟悉产品制程能力和参数分布;
Familiar with product process capability and parameter distribution;
4 熟悉产品参数指标,测试方法 / 原理;
Familiar with product parameter indicators, test methods/principles;
5 熟练运用常用 QC 工具
Skilled use of common QC tools
6 熟悉生产,测试常用的设备操作,具备搭建工位,搭建测试系统和排除故障异常的能力
Familiar with the operation of equipment commonly used in production and testing, and possess the ability to build a station, build a test system, and troubleshoot abnormalities
7 具备-定的项目管理能力;
Possess project management ability;
8 具备-定的产品 / 行业可靠性知识;
Possess basic product/industry reliability knowledge;
9 具备数据提炼,分析,总结能力;
