What this job involves:
The accountant is responsible for journal entries booking, bank reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Inter-company process, month/quarter/year-end closing and reporting, audit support while enforcing and complying with JLL’s accounting policy and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the journal entries are booked in system timely and accurately.
2. Responsible for monthly closing process/Accounts reconciliation/GL reporting on a timely basis.
3. Ensure all accounts are reconciled accurately in a timely manner.
4. Ensure all customers/client queries are responded to & resolved within the stipulated Turn Around Time.
5. Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met as per SLA.
6. Enforce compliance with Firm's financial, operating policies/procedures and SOX requirements
7. Stay in good communication with local finance and other stakeholders
8. Support ad-hoc requests。

Requirements:
1. 3 years above finance working experience, BPO R2R experience is a plus.
2. Bachelor's Degree. Finance & Accounting education background is preferred.
3. Near-native proficiency in Korean. Good English skill in reading and writing.
4. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, power BI).
5. Team player and able to work independently
