1. Solid programming skills, good design style, familiar with RPC and RESTful design specifications 2. Rich experience in Linux/Unix system development, proficient in more than one language such as Python/C++/Go 3. Familiar with basic components such as Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, MySQL, etc. 4.
