Scope of Positions
As part of Commercial Fire Great China leadership team, to lead Commercial Fire sales and sales supporting team, leverage the internal / external resource to achieve sales target.
Key Responsibility:
- Provide sales management leadership to achieve sales target and profit targets.
- Lead the business growth of identifed high growth segments to drive strategic growth.
- Identify new market and sales opportunities by policy interpretation, market research and data analysis etc.
- Initiate and drive BD/Key account activities as well as channel expansion in KGS China region, be the key window and responsible leader for GST transformation, focus on key verticals industries
- Lead team to manage on-going relationship with key accounts and stakeholders in responsible segment; develop relationship with new account to collobrate and foster domestic sales offices to achieve sales opporutnies.
- Coordinate with cross function teams on product optimization and new products/services identification to drive the sustainable growth of business
- Provide commercial operations leadership to roll out accurate sales forecasting, improve sales force effectiveness, mitigate pricing impact and work on continous improvement on all sales related policies and processes.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions relating to the China Fire market, develop strategies and drive financial operating plans for achieving the company’s sales goals
- Develop a highly engaged team by focusing on people performance, competence development, talent acquisition, retention and pipeline and so on.
- Work with colleagues internally to esnure compliance with core values.
Qualifications & Competencies
- A recognized bachelor’s degree or above, MBA is highly preferred.
- 10+ years in a sales leadership position in sizable organization, with min. 5 years demonstrated experience in fire related industry.
- Hands-on and balanced tactical and strategic leader with good communication and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and market knowledge of the fire segment or closely related industry.
- Energizing leader able to bring focus and momentum to manage a large market with large geographic coverage and cultural diversity.
- Financial results oriented, metrics driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team-player able to motivate the organization while being sensitive to cultural differences.
- High business ethical standards.
- Good English, both verbal and written.
- Mobility in China.
