YOUR TASKS

Task 1: Marketing analysis and Report
Market Report and analysis by target groups on monthly base ( CE, Bus/coach, Truck, EV, AGRO ) -
Industry News update to sales and PM team
- Sales turnover analysis by each KAM and target group
- Monthly IHS data update to SOE China team
- Marketing budgeting
Task 2: Support Business Development
- Define marketing strategy and customer strategy
- Identify market trends, needs, competitor movements, propose the counter actions
- Organize Tech-day, summit, customer events and exhibitions, support business growth
- Make SOE tailer made product catalog, flyer, video etc.
Company presentation update

Task 3: Office administration
- Contract management, collecting, filing, documentary

In charge of Team building, annual dinner etc. activities
- Translation
- Office staff purcahse, contact with HCCC IT departmet for IT related topics
Office rent, decoratio, etc.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in PC operation skill, presentation skill

Excellent communication skills

Good command in English & Mandarin

Willing to travel frequently

Independent, work under high pressure

Motivational skills and negotiation skills

Understanding of the automotive market

Understanding, awareness and adaptation of future Market trends
