1.管理办公室的行政工作,处理现场投诉,确保内外客户满意度。
2.办公室保洁日常运营,月度KPI考核,费用结算,定期接收客户反馈,处理现场投诉,制定纠正措施,确保内外客户满意度。
3.管理办公室绿植的日常维护,与绿植供应商对接,每日巡检,确保绿植的优良状态。基于绿植的季节性,需要有长远眼光,指定长期维护计划。对现场施工已存在的缺陷,需要找到最优解决方案并实施。
4.管理虫控供应商,定期消杀,确保药剂的安全性和有效性。根据办公室周边季节性虫害的实际情况,指定并根据实际情况及时调整对应的虫控方案。
5.突发状况,应急处理。协调所有供应商根据客户要求完成应急处理。
6.管理现场所有Soft Service的供应商,KPI制定,月度费用结算,Soft Service小项目的推进及验收。
7.协助客户开展公司层面节日活动、特别活动布置及安排、执行及管理。
8.协助客户管理仓库,期核验,协助出入库管理。
9.办公用品和日常耗品的购买、发放、盘点。
10.协助客户固定资产年度盘点以及其他的委派工作。
