Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute end-to-end procedures for employee onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and transfers.
- Verify, analyze, and process monthly attendance data, providing accurate inputs (attendance, rewards, penalties) for payroll calculation.
- Accurately calculate and declare monthly social insurance and housing fund; handle enrollments, changes, and inquiries; assist in payroll processing, disbursement, and related reporting.
- Systematically establish, maintain, update, and safeguard employee files (electronic and physical).
- Respond systematically to employee inquiries regarding attendance, payroll, benefits, and policies, offering professional guidance and solutions.
- Independently prepare HR data reports (headcount, turnover, attendance analysis, etc.) to support management decisions, and contribute to data quality and process optimization.
- Continuously review and improve workflows within areas of responsibility; participate in daily maintenance of relevant HR systems.

- 独立主导并执行员工的入职、离职、转正、调动等全流程手续办理
- 负责月度考勤数据的核对、统计与异常处理;为月度工资核算提供准确的考勤、奖惩等数据支持
- 准确计算并申报每月五险一金,处理相关增减员及日常查询;协助完成薪酬福利的核算、发放与相关报表制作
- 负责员工电子及纸质档案的系统性建立、维护、更新与保管
- 系统性地响应并解决员工关于考勤、薪酬、福利、政策等方面的咨询,提供专业及时的解答与指导
- 独立编制人力资源数据报告(如人员结构、流动性、考勤分析等),支持管理决策,并参与数据质量与流程优化
- 在现有基础上,持续梳理、优化所负责模块的工作流程,参与相关HR系统的日常维护
Qualification & Requirements
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; preference for HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Statistics, or related majors.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, familiar with employee relations, attendance, payroll, social insurance, and related operational practices. SSC or HR specialist experience is preferred.
- Familiar with national and local labor laws, social insurance, housing fund, and compensation policies. Knowledge of HRIS systems is required; system maintenance or implementation experience is a plus.
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理、心理学、统计学等相关专业优先
- 具备3-5年人力资源相关工作经验,熟悉员工关系、考勤薪酬、社保公积金等人力资源操作全模块实务。有SSC或HR专员经验者优先
- 熟悉国家及地方劳动法律法规、社保公积金及薪酬福利政策。了解HRIS系统操作逻辑,有系统维护或上线经验者优先
