Main Responsibilities 主要职责 :
协助主管维护及开拓全国范围内的KA渠道、连锁商超、工程项目客户,确保季度/年度销售指标及利润达成。能独立拜访行业KA企业客户,定制/讲演企业服务方案,推动谈判流程,保证方案的有效实施推进。
Assist supervisor to maintain and develop China KA channels, chain stores and B2B project to ensure quarterly/annual sales targets and GP are achieved. Be able to independently visit the KA customers, customize/present the business plans, continuing to push the negotiation process forward, and ensure the effective implementation of the action plans.
整合内外部资源,定位客户需求,开拓并深挖B端客户,宣传公司品牌,引导客户的B2B采购意向与决策确定。
Integrate internal and external resources, identify the customers’ requirements, develop and explore the network of B2B customers, actively support the brand promotion and exposure, positively guide customers' purchasing intentions and close the deal.
参与销售项目实施,包括但不限于需求调研、方案设计、合同谈判、交付跟进、客户满意度调查等。
Participate in the KA business projects implementation, including but not limited to demand research, scheme design and prepare the quotation, contract negotiation, delivery follow-up, customer satisfaction survey, etc.
全力做好客户关系管理,解决需求痛点,提高客户全流程采购体验,提升采购份额,完成个人及团队的业绩目标。
Excellent customer relationship management, solve important demands, improve the procurement experience in the whole process, increase the market share of the same industry, and achieve the individual and team’s performance targets.
根据公司产品、价格及市场营销策略,独立处理询盘、报价、商务条款的协商及合同落地等事宜。
According to the product line, price structure and business strategy, independently handle the inquiry, quotation, commercial terms negotiation and contract fulfillment.
定期追踪KA客户的选品陈列、销量数据、渠道价格、推广规划、促销方案、费用预算、账款统计等信息。根据销售计划及实际库存,安排合理的货品订单并严格管控库存,做好客户的应收回款工作。
Regularly track KA customers’ product display status, sell-in and sell-out data, selling price, advertisement, promotion program, project budget, AR situation, etc. Arrange reasonable ordering plan and strictly control the inventory base on the sales plan and actual stock status, deal with customers AR properly.
收集一线营销信息和用户意见,根据要求定期向公司提供工作报告、数据分析、市场趋势解析等业务汇报。
Collect the end users feedback from market, provide regular work reports, data analysis, market trend analysis and other business reports to line manager / the company as required.
了解行业动态,关注竞争对手动态,监测、搜集、整理和分析竞品企业的产品与价格信息及态势,定期提供市场反馈,对产品迭代更新提出建议与要求。
Understand the industry trends, pay attention to the dynamics of competitors, monitor, collect, sort out and analyze the product strategic and price information of competitors, provide the marketing research feedback regularly, advise on product improvement and upgrade.
日常报告和数据资料的整理、总结及汇报,按时按量完成公司及上司交付的其他所有工作内容。
Timely complete and submit the routine work reports and consolidate the daily sales data. Complete all other work tasks on time which assigned by direct line manager.
做好跨部门协调,跟进各部门落实产品,不断提高客户满意度,沟通解决交易全程的所有问题。
Strong cross-function communication and coordination ability, follow-up with each team to meet the product delivery timeline, continuously improve customer satisfaction rate, communicate and solve all problems in the whole business process in a timely manner.
