YOUR TASKS
-
1、 负责TPM各项工作的落地执行；制定和优化各负责设备的电气类等标准要求；
-
2、 设备电气异常的快速处理、分析及改善，提升设备的工作效率；
-
3、 负责部门相关KPI目标的达成、原因分析、改善和跟踪；
-
4、 管理、培训团队技术员，生产产线技术人员；
-
5、 设备的改善优化及维护经验的积累和推广；
-
6、 支持工艺/质量/生产/安全/电气的改善、异难问题的协调解决；
-
7、 负责新产线的电气验收工作，提出异常问题给供应解决；
-
8、 针对新产线，系统性建立产线设备部件清单、技术要点、维护计划，备件计划等
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
-
1、本科及以上学历；
-
2、电气自动化、机电一体化等专业；
-
3、精通运用各主流品牌PLC(如：欧姆龙、西门子（必须）)，熟练使用TIA V15软件编程，熟悉掌握电气原理图，接线图；
熟悉各种通讯协议，如：profinet, profibus，以太网等通讯协议；
熟悉机器人、伺服控制其工作原理，熟练处理电气问题；熟悉C#或C++,或者有Labview软件开发经验;熟悉机器人的操作及维修维护，对FANUC、Mitsubishi、KUKA、等机器人的结构和原理有深入了解； -
4、五年及以上大型电子制造厂生产线现场电气设备维护工作经验；

5、英语良好，具有丰富的现场设备维护经验及改善能力。
