Ensure every guest receives high quality service.
Always Ensure a smooth Chinese Restaurant operation.
Do monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, Chinese Restaurant profitability evaluation
We are looking for someone who
Has good organizational skills.
Has 5 years and above experience in either a luxury restaurant or a international chain hotel environment.
Enjoys interacting with people.
Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues.
Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
