JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead all CRM and branding events including but not limited to cultural conversations, press day, in-store activities.
• Strategize and plan events according to the business needs and target audience from concept creation to execution.
• Manage budgets and ensure adherence.
• Source and manage vendors and suppliers.
• Manage and coordinate all operations.
• Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur before, during and after the event.
• Analyze the event’s success and generate reports & learnings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and expertise:
• 5-8 years’ experience in luxury fashion events
• Proven experience as event manager
• Skilled in project management
• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• CRM oriented
• A team player with leadership skills
