Take the role of production process owner. Improve production line’s performance by process standardization and process-related CI projects.
- Lead CI projects: reduce cycle time / increase pass rate / improve yield / optimize planning wheel etc.

As production process expert, provide support to other departments.

Review & update process-related documents.

Master data collection & confirmation: cycle time / batch size / capacity / size of reactor or mixer etc.
- Lead or support qualification process for equipment related MOC.
Reports, documents preparation.

- Bachelor’s degree, master is preferred.

2-3 years working year.

Good oral English.

Have passion on technical.
