You support our team as
- Conduct feasibility review with project team and ensure that all customer specificatuions are understood and reflected within the product and the relevant processes.
- Follows timing of new launches and ensures success of ontime PTR&IRR.
- Initiate risk evaluaiton with PM and core team to mitigate and track the progress along project life.
- Provides feedback to internal project team to secure design is feasible to manufacture.
- Conduct PMA(project maturity audit) with project core team regularly.
- Supports D/PFMEA,Control plan and capability monitoring concept development according to customer requirements, to secure robust processes after PPAP.
- Support VC ProMAP core team meetings, ensure on time of each GR.
- Initiate Lesson Learnt activity for each project and follow up the progress at each project phase.
- Education: bachelor degree, engineering major preferred;
- Preferred 5 years, Automotive experience within Development and/or Quality function of customers, understanding of processes at customer side (customer portals) is recommended but not mandatory;
- Project Managament skills, problem solving skills, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, quality core tools (SPC; MSA; APQP; FMEA; PPAP),quality Management System, Experiences in auditing (VDA6.3, CQI);
- Fluent English desired.
