As a Program Director here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of the China UOP Projects portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's customer programs.
You will report directly to the Vice President of Global Engineering and Projects for UOP and you’ll work out of our Shanghai, China location.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management or related roles
- Strong leadership and 5+ years of team management experience
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies
Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders

- Lead and oversee the execution of projects

- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
