Key Responsibilities
1. Grow income and franchise value.
2. Maximize return from the relationship profile by cross selling and promoting the products and services of the Bank.
3. Perform timely Account Opening procedure (include CDD & Trigger Event) and Post monitoring (AML control), ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations.
4. Increase Customer Satisfaction.
Experience
1. 5 - 8 years' relevant experience in commercial banking businesses, preferably with exposure in marketing, relationship management.
2. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
3. Customer-oriented and self-motivated.
4. Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
5. Related industry knowledge.
6. Familiar with China policies and regulations.
