Staff Engineer Product Application - MEMS Microphones Packaging
Your Role

As a Product Application Engineer, you will support the top players and trendsetters of the consumer electronics market. Being part of our technical marketing team you will inspire our customers with Infineon’s latest technology, focus on design-wins and support our customers in the successful launch of their products.

Key responsibilities in your new role

Support packaging houses to assemble microphones with our bare die
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (e.g. datasheet, handling guides, wafer information, and assembly guides)
- Recommend the right bare die combination to meet the target acoustic performance
- Validate the final package microphone and run customer specific measurements
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to support customer faster

You have a high degree of analytical skills and innovative power and come up with new ideas. You strive to get the best results and demonstrate high quality standards for yourself. Besides that, you trust in others and treat each other with fairness and respect.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Microsystems Technology, Microelectronics or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of MEMS microphones or semiconductor packaging
- Practical lab experience in sensor testing and characterization; in addition, microphone testing experience are a plus
- Deep knowledge in the following fields: Audio, Bare-die handling, MEMS, Analog or Digital ASIC design, Microphones
- Very good English language skills, please submit your CVs in English
- Hands-on experience in writing technical documents are a plus
- Self-driven and proactive in driving tasks and progress
- Solid networking, team, and communication skills
