Position Overview
We are currently seeking Italian-speaking individuals based in Hong Kong to support city-based activities involving small groups of international visitors.
This role focuses on communication, local orientation, and helping ensure each activity runs smoothly in a structured, welcoming, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany visitors during scheduled city activities
- Provide general insights about Hong Kong's neighborhoods, culture, and daily life
- Support communication with Italian-speaking participants
- Adapt interactions according to group needs and expectations
- Help ensure each activity is well organized and enjoyable
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming presence
Requirements
- Based in Hong Kong
- Good knowledge of the city and its main areas
- Comfortable interacting with international visitors
- Fluent in Italian (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented
- Comfortable accompanying visitors during activities lasting several hours
Work Conditions
- Freelance / Independent Contractor

- Activities typically last between 3 and 8 hours
- Compensation provided per assignment, with performance-based incentives
