Duties
1. After having integrated the constraints and needs from the project team (Development, Marketing, Industrialization, Quality, …), identify the testing strategies to implement, while guaranteeing compliance with quality, costs and deadlines
2. Contribute to the functional management of local laboratories by coordinating the tests and the results.
3. Manage or monitor the planning of test campaigns (debugging, investigation, validation, qualification, approval, certification).
4. Define and develop the test protocols and testing means necessary to validate the products.
5. Consolidate all test results and data
Skills
1. Have experience in a Test & Validation Laboratory
2. Knowledge of standards, ideally on low voltage equipment (e.g. IEC/EN60947 or GB/T14048), would be appreciated.
3. Good synthesis competencies and solid technical writing skills, both in English and Chinese
4. Strong ability to organize your activity, good at task prioritization.
5. Capacity for critical evaluation of problem and proactivity for solution proposal.
6. Ability to work in a collaborative way, team spirit.
7. Autonomy, good decision-making skills
8. Master Degree or equivalent, in electrotechnics
公司深耕低压电器领域，现因业务拓展需求，诚招低压电器转换开关测试项目工程师1名，在测试项目经理统筹下开展测试跟进工作，助力团队打造高可靠性产品！
岗位职责
1. 配合测试项目经理完成开关类产品（负荷隔离开关、转换隔离开关等）测试项目执行，参与制定项目测试计划，独立编写产品测试用例，明确测试指标、步骤与判定标准。
2. 熟练操作基础电路搭建等。了解万用电表，示波器，电源，变压器，耐压测试仪、温升测试仪等设备。
3. 依据相关国标及行业要求，依据产品手册及规范参与或监督搭建测试电气环境，协助研发性功能性测试，监督通断能力、短路、介电、温升性能等项目测试；监督测试用例的规范执行，及时纠正不规范操作，保障测试过程的一致性与准确性。
4.能够分析测试数据；建立标准化测试流程与数据台账；针对测试中出现的产品失效问题，结合电力基础常识开展原因分析，输出专业测试及失效分析报告，配合研发、生产部门开展新品验证与质量改进工作。
