Maintains or creates financial data records for inputting into a general accounting system. May be responsible for a specific function such as accounts payable and/or accounts receivable. Accurately reconciles general ledger accounts, posts journal entries and prepares invoices and statements. Assists with preparing monthly and annual financial reports. Performs bookkeeping duties related to employee expense reimbursements. Maintains petty cash and reconciles all receipts pertaining to the same. (Experienced: 1 to 5 years).
