I. Position Summary
The position is responsible for daily analytical testing according to Lab standard operating procedure in a manner which meets TÜV-SÜD quality and EHS guidelines to ensure the testing service meet the timelines with high quality.
II. Job Responsibilities
Performs routine ana l ytical chemistry testing to finish the testing data according to approved procedures and SOP’s to ensure the testing data accuracy ; (50%)
Assist to establish analytical methods or improve existing method and ensure the analytical measurements are accurate; (10%)
Calibrate / validate analytical instruments with reference to the quality system to ensure the precision of testing data and maintain the instrument properly and correctly to reduce the breakdown rate; (20%)
Able to apply basic statistics to data analysis; (10%)
Report to section manager in time when any unexpected phenomenon or results occurred in daily testing. (10%)
III. Job Requirements
College degree or above in field of chemistry, or relevant field;
Excellent theoretical foundation and practical skills in chemistry ;
Hands-on skills for operation and maintenance of UV/VIS, ICP/OES or other analytical instruments;
Conscientious, good self-study ability;
Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit;
Good command of English.
