- Lead the overall design of electrical and control systems for automation equipment.
- Select and validate control devices such as PLCs, HMIs, inverters, and verify control logic.
• Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, I/O lists, and Bills of Materials (BOM). • Design control panels (power distribution panels and control cabinets) and manage their fabrication.
- Perform equipment commissioning, on-site debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct technical reviews, prepare related documents (manuals, specifications), and provide technical support.
- Manage and review technical work of suppliers (outsourced design and fabrication), and oversee project schedule and quality.
Requirements
Minimum of 16 years of hands-on experience in electrical and control design for automation equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of PLC control and ability to interpret PLC programs.
- Ability to create electrical drawings using tools such as AutoCAD or EPLAN.
- Experience in executing large-scale equipment or mass production line projects.
