Opto-Electrical Components packaging process development and optimization .
What You Will Do
1.
Based on the product design requirement from PM or PDE, define new process spec and document them.
2.
Working with mechanical engineer to develop the tooling, fixture based on new process requirement.
3.
If needed, develop new process for prototype engineer samples building.
4.
Working with ME to develop the new process on automation equipment for volume production.
5.
Lead the process design validation and improvement in Alpha to Beta phase.
6.
Working out process engineering spec documents to guidance ME for WOI writing.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree in mechanical automation or related.
- Mechanical automation, Chemistry, Optics etc.
- 2+ years process design experience.
- Process development experience of optical products, active or passive.
- Proficient process experience of Optics products.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information and solve problems with sound solutions.
- Good verbal and written skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Knowledge of Material Mechanics.
- Equipment maintenance and technical innovation.
- Familiarity with optical components manufacturing processes and NPI.
- Good knowledge of optical, mechanical and electronic material properties.
