Responsibility:
Assist the business development department to communicate and clarify with customers during the quotation stage and provide technical support to the project quotation team if needed.
Cooperate with mechanical engineers to complete the design and product optimization, give technical guidance, coordination and communication during the project phase.
Providing technical support to other departments or customers, take the owner to solve electrical technical problems during project.
Independently complete technical documents optimize based on customer original design documents, such as electrical cabinet schematic drawings, electrical equipment and cable layout drawings, dimensional drawings, electrical component and material BOM.
Writing FAT(Factory Acceptance Testing).
Responsible for the training of teams about electrical knowledge and technology for electrical cabinet products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above. 3-5 years working experience. Have project experience.
Fluent in English reading and writing (able to read English materials smoothly).
Major in electrical automation and electrical engineering.
Familiarity with electrical principles.
Familiarity with ProE(or SolidWorks), CAD,EPLAN
Familiar with the relevant national laws and regulations on electrical engineering management, proficient in electrical professional construction standards, acceptance specifications and procedures.
Familiar with the use of various standard electrical components, industrial computers, sensors, servo motors, etc., and be able to independently select and design reasonably according to the specific conditions of the project.
Familiar with the electrical requirements of relevant standard certifications (such as CE, UL, CCC).
Familiar with electrical safety (such as protection level IP, insulation, grounding), heat dissipation calculation, short-circuit current analysis, and cable selection.
Understand EMC design specifications (wiring, shielding, grounding).
