The Head of Marketing will lead marketing strategy, branding, and lead generation across all business units. This role is responsible for building a unified global brand, supporting sales teams, managing CRM-driven lead systems, and establishing the company’s full marketing foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group-wide marketing and branding strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all markets and units.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Create communication plans for B2B trading, B2C retail, and customisation.
- Drive lead targets and ensure lead quality for all sales teams.
- Manage digital channels: SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media, email, content.
- Produce marketing materials for B2B partners and B2C.
- Run campaigns for Kingsman Auto and the customisation division.
- Use CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
- Lead and develop the marketing team.
- Manage external agencies across countries.
- Oversee marketing budget and ensure strong ROI.
- Align marketing activities between HQ and all regional offices.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of marketing experience, with 3–5 years in a senior/lead role.
- Experience in automotive or trading industries strongly preferred.
- Strong digital marketing and CRM skills.
- Excellent communication in English
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multi-country projects.
- Willing to travel to Batam, Indonesia, and Singapore when required.
