Fully responsible for coordinating regional operations management, including core modules such as material receiving, dispatching and inventory control, team management, process optimization, and safety management.

Support the standardization of warehouse operation systems and digital transformation projects, deeply participate in the implementation of supply chain strategies, and achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and quality compliance through refined management.
- Overall Regional Operations Coordination:
- Planning: Allocate manpower and material resources reasonably based on the company’s production plan.
- Process Control: Establish and optimize standardized processes for warehouse receiving, dispatching, storage, stocktaking, and exception handling; supervise the implementation of key principles such as "First-In-First-Out (FIFO)" and “batch management”; ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound operations and inventory turnover meet targets.
- Cost & Efficiency Control: Analyze warehouse operation data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive the implementation of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement measures.

Team Management & Capability Development:
- Team Coordination: Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations of warehouse supervisors and frontline staff to enhance team cohesion.
- Training & Empowerment: Build a structured training system and organize specialized training on warehousing skills, safety operations, process standards, and quality compliance to improve professional capability and quality awareness.
- Problem Solving: Handle team conflicts and major operational issues in a timely manner; guide supervisors in on-site management.

Inventory & Safety Management:
- Inventory Control: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts, and track and resolve discrepancies.
- Safety Management: Develop systems for fire safety, security, and equipment safety; organize regular safety inspections and drills to eliminate risks and ensure the safety of materials and personnel.
- College degree or above; major in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain is preferred.

3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years managing 10+ people; familiar with warehouse processes and ERP systems; experience in process improvement or digital projects is a plus.

Good at warehouse management and process setup; strong skills in inventory control, cost analysis, and efficiency improvement; able to use tools like Excel; know basic equipment and safety rules.

Good planning, team management, and communication skills; strong execution and problem-solving ability; responsible, able to work under pressure, and handle complex situations well.
