I-工作职责Key Duties & Responsibilities (Please list 3~5 key responsibilities)
1. 新产品导入时试模确认,品质标准确认,注塑参数确定,PPAP的数据审核。
2. 工艺组人员管理,KPI考核,人员培训,提升团队技能;
3. 负责注塑部产能提升,提升设备OEE达到公司目标要求。
4. 注塑品质管控,SPC管控,包括制程管控和处理客户品质投诉,分析品质异常原因,提出改善方案并跟踪确认改善效果以达到公司品质目标;
5. 新模具设计评审,PFMEA制作,跟进试模问题点改善验证,制作试模报告和工艺参数,制定工装夹具开发改善方案和进度管控;
6. 生产现场的“5S”工作和安全管理,具备团队管理能力;
7. 推动注塑部标准作业执行,监督工艺标准执行,负责持续优化并更新各流程标准作业规范。
8. 备件购买及管理。

大专以上或相当学历
2. Working Experience工作经验
1.10年以上注塑行业工作经验,从事注塑工程师工作不低于5年,接受过科学注塑成型理论培训,熟悉PVC,PS,PC,PPO,ABS,PMMA,PA等塑胶注塑工艺及改善;
2.必须具备扎实的注塑成型理论功底。精通成型工艺调试,设备操作,注塑模具设计要求和风险管控,具备丰富的实战经验积累;
3.可系统化结合材料工艺模具设备能力寻找最合适的成型解决方案。对注塑成型工艺涉及的材料性能/实操/理论/设备能力匹配/模具能力改善 等有深刻的理解;
4.具备注塑模具项目管理经验,有较强的模具设计评审和试模调试能力,熟悉各类塑胶原料物性和成型特点;
5.会使用操作 发那科/住友/海天/震雄/仁兴 等注塑机,熟悉油压注塑机的成型能力分析判断和设备故障分析和解决经验;
6.熟悉机械手编程,可熟练编写并操作ABB/拓斯达等各类机械手程序,具备机械手工装开发设计经验;
7.有外资工厂工作经验优先,有管理超过20人技术团队经验优先,可操作模具设计软件视图优先;
3. Critical Skills技能鉴定
1.精通注塑成型工艺,熟悉设备性能和模具设计对成型结果的影响。
4. Computer Skills计算机能力
Excel,Word,Outlook, 熟悉UG操作优先。
5. Language Abilities语言能力
有良好的语言沟通能力
6. Other Skills其他技能
Office软件操作熟练

员工特别承诺和同意,鉴于其工作职位,员工在劳动合同期内辞职应提前贰个月书面通知公司,在此期间公司可安排员工转岗。但公司有权自前述员工通知日起的贰个月内的任何时间作为因员工辞职而终止本合同的合同终止日期(“终止日”),公司无须支付员工任何补偿金。但公司应提前七天告知该员工终止日并支付员工从通知日起至终止日止期间的相应工资。
