Key Responsibilities
1. Interview Coordination & Candidate Communication

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.

Send interview invitations, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Arrange meeting rooms, online meeting links, and other logistics to ensure a smooth interview process.

Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
2. Issue Resolution & Process Coordination

Handle ad hoc situations during the recruitment process, such as interview rescheduling, last-minute cancellations, and scheduling conflicts.

Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive candidate experience.
3. Recruitment Projects Support

Support campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, campus events, and interview coordination.

Participate in various recruitment projects as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, English, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Previous internship or campus experience in HR, recruitment, or project coordination is a plus.
