You support our team as
- Support assigned projects and daily operational tasks under supervision, applying academic knowledge to practical challenges.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in data analysis or documentation as required by the department.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and solutions for process improvements or project deliverables.
- Comply with HSE, quality, and data-protection standards; follow documented work instructions.
- Participate in onboarding and relevant training sessions (e.g., IT tools, safety guidelines).
- Maintain accurate records of internship activities for internal reporting and academic validation.
- Prepare presentations or summaries of internship outcomes for stakeholders or academic requirements.
- Undergraduate student in the third year of the targeted university, majoring in engineering-related fields; preference for Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Polymer Materials, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong motivation to gain practical experience and contribute to organizational projects.
- Digital literacy (MS Office; readiness to learn FPM-specific systems and tools).
- Communication skills with proficiency in English and teamwork skills; reliability and professional conduct.
- Strong academic performance; eager to learn, proactive, and responsible;
- Ability to work on a fixed-term basis ( 5 days/week in summer holiday of 2 months);
