- Cooperate with HR Department to handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes; responsible for the application, setup, modification, and deactivation of system accounts, SAP accounts, and corresponding access rights, ensuring timely and accurate account management.
- Manage the allocation, issuance, recovery, and daily administration of company IT assets; conduct regular inventory checks to ensure physical items match system records and improve asset utilization efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance, scheduled inspections, and troubleshooting for company servers, wired and wireless networks, and conference room IT equipment to ensure stable and reliable operation.
- Handle daily user IT support requests, provide hardware and software troubleshooting and technical assistance, respond promptly, and follow up on issues until resolution.
Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Security, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Background in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, information security, and routine server maintenance.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for handling system interfaces and technical documentation.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible; strong team player with good communication skills and the ability to proactively coordinate with other departments.
