- Lead and own the CPI forum and its roll-out, driving continuous performance improvements.
- Manage release processes for products in China, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Develop and monitor capacity planning to achieve delivery predictability across projects.
- Oversee the full order-to-delivery cycle with rigorous compliance and quality assurance.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
- Serve as the first line of technical support within R&D for stakeholders regarding released products, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues efficiently.
- Act as a key stakeholder in new product development (NPD), providing technical insights and alignment for product success.
- Identify, monitor, and manage technical debt proactively to maintain product integrity and future scalability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in electrical power systems, grid connection, LV distribution, motor control and drive systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and/or Electric Vehicle (EV) charging systems.
- Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Siemens Teamcenter and Windchill.
- Experience using project tracking software like JIRA and Asana to manage tasks and workflows.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, facilitating effective collaboration across global and local teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capability to address complex technical and operational challenges.
