We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Native English Teachers to join our early childhood education team in Beijing, China.
Teachers will deliver engaging English Reading classes using a structured curriculum designed for children aged 3 to 5 years old. The school provides professionally designed teaching materials, classroom resources, and ongoing academic support.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required
Teaching
- Deliver English Reading lessons for children aged 2.5 to 5 years old.
- Use the school's curriculum and teaching materials to provide engaging lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities independently.
- Create a positive, safe, and child-centered classroom environment.
- Encourage students to participate through interactive learning and communication.
Classroom Management
- Maintain an organized and effective classroom.
- Manage student behavior using positive classroom management techniques.
- Communicate effectively with young learners.
Professional Responsibilities
- Participate in team meetings and teaching research activities.
- Accept seasonal schedule adjustments when required.
- Follow all school policies and professional standards.
- Comply with confidentiality and non-compete agreements. During employment, teachers may not work for competing children's education institutions or disclose curriculum, student information, or other confidential materials.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Native English speaker with standard pronunciation. Preference will be given to candidates from the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to prepare lessons independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Beijing, China.
- Ability to adapt to seasonal schedule adjustments.
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Graduated within the past three (3) years.
- Hold a 120-hour TEFL certificate (required before China work visa processing; TEFL costs may be reimbursed, subject to the company's reimbursement policy and eligibility requirements).
- Majored in Education or Preschool Education.
- Have previous experience teaching young learners.
