Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the safe, stable and efficient operation of all equipment;
- Strictly comply with the safety operation procedures, maintenance procedures and relevant maintenance plan to effectively complete the maintenance tasks;
- Actively participate in various trainings and cooperate with supervisor to complete effective control of maintenance cost;
- Ensure that all maintenance activities meet quality requirements and perform maintenance tasks in strict accordance with relevant procedures;
- Assist in the daily work of the workshop.
Experiences/Education - Required
College degree in Mechanical or related engineering.
Experience
3yrs in Equipment maintenance
Equipment installation/alignment/repair/lubricate and maintenance experience
Understand equipment basic design, operation, and maintenance knowledge.
Servo Motor, inverter maintenance and replacement.
Ball screw, LM guide and air cylinder maintenance and replacement.
Understand Maintenance PM Principles and Customer Focus.
Pneumatic system maintenance experience, like air cylinder.
LOTO understand/practice and execution
Results oriented, Schedule control, Improvement, Well communication.
Proficient in using Windows Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
Experiences/Education - Desired
Safety and quality awareness
CNC machining experience
FANUC Robot Operate and Maintain Skill is plus
Knowledge of Process trouble shooting & prevention & data-drive, and root cause finding
Understand Mitsubishi PLC control logic and have relevant experience
Electrician certificate and fitter certificate are plus.
Soft Skills

Good presentation and reporting skill
Strong ownership of achieving plant goal
