As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support the quality function through testing, inspection, data collection, and documentation, helping ensure products and processes meet quality standards. You will be a hands-on contributor to product quality and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
- Perform testing, inspection, and measurement of products and processes
- Support gauge calibration, control, and maintenance
- Collect, record, and analyze quality data (SPC, defects, yields)
- Maintain quality records, documentation, and reports
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and audits
- Assist with process and quality system improvements
- Verify adherence to quality procedures and standards on the floor
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
- 1-3 years of quality or technical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
- Proficiency with measuring and test equipment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with CMM, test equipment, or metrology
- Familiarity with SPC, calibration systems, and quality tools
- Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or IATF 16949
- Experience in electronics, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
