MISSION

Main mission:
Ensure the tests carry out of the IVC
Contribute to the exploitation of results by encoding the results in the LIMS / QDA
Ensure the proper functioning of test benches in compliance with the established TPM I and II
Ensure the proper use of the infrastructure, compliance with quality and safety procedures and actively participate in innovative improvements
Responsibilities & Activities
Outline the key areas of responsibility for this position, including the related activities and eventual authorities
Responsibility 1: Ensure the correct execution of IVC tests with correct and accurate interpretation of the results (e.g.: welds, optical microscopy, tractions, ventilation, leak test etc.)
Manages and executes tests with good level of autonomy
Knows and respects the test procedures in at least one test area
Able to train newcomers on his/her own test ranges
Responsibility 2: Contribute to the exploitation of the results by encoding the results in the LIMS / QDA
Analyze the results, highlight any anomalies and if necessary, communicate with his hierarchy
Ensure that the results are correctly entered into the laboratory database LIMS / QDA
Responsibility 3: Ensure the proper functioning of test benches in compliance with established TPM I and II
Perfectly master the functions of its test benches
Ensures their optimal use
Completes the TPM sheets as defined on its test benches
Proposes the appropriate layout for its test benches, keeps the device files and the flow chart for IVC tanks
Compliance with and optimization of the 5S established for its test benches
Ensure that the means used to characterize product conformity are well calibrated, otherwise, communicate with its hierarchy
Responsibility 4: Ensure the proper use of the infrastructure, compliance with quality and safety procedures, and propose innovative improvements in his/ her field
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IVC procedures and test instructions in his/her field domain
Ensure that the procedures available on its test benches are the correct procedures to apply
Ensure that they comply with the organization (instructions, procedures, etc.) in place and report any anomalies to his hierarchy
Propose improvements in terms of testing in a specific area, participate in improvements of testing in its area
Complies with the job descriptions defined for each test bench
According to individual basic technical knowledge, associated with the essential activities of the laboratory, support the laboratory for: basic maintenance, basic IT support, purchasing consumables, etc.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Personal Background
Graduated technician or equivalent experience (more than 3 years in an automotive product testing lab)
Chinese and reading of English
Good knowledge of PC and associated tools (Outlook, Excel macros, Power Point, Word, etc.)

Able to develop and maintain knowledge of equipment
Good knowledge or able to develop knowledge of the fuel system
