Continuously analyze the links and problems of plan execution through BPO market resource inventory, data operation, cost management and other dimensions, continuously improve the matching ability of outsourcing resources and business, and improve the comprehensive delivery quality of outsourcing suppliers 3. The establishment and management of the supplier capability evaluation system can quickly match available resources, provide corresponding usage plans, and improve the matching between projects and resource use.
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the large-scale BPO resource industry, and understanding of various outsourcing models and their characteristics 2. Applicants with relevant BPO resource planning, strategy and operation experience, experience in content governance and annotation industries are preferred 3. Good resource integration capabilities, business perspective, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
