Purpose of the role
By joining the team, you will take on the role of INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F).
Your responsibilities
In practical terms, your day-to-day role will involve:
- Operations management: Defining the manufacturing strategy, planning workloads and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team management: Supervising workshop, maintenance and quality managers, and facilitating industrial relations.
- Continuous improvement: Implement Lean methods, reduce defects and optimise production flows.
- Budget management: Manage the site's budget, approve investments and modernise equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
Ideal candidate
This job is definitely for you if:
- Qualifications: A degree in Piping Engineering or Industrial Management.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years' experience in an industrial environment in a similar role
- Key skills: Proficiency in production management tools (CAPM, Lean), strong leadership skills, organisational skills and
- Languages: Chinese Native/fluent and either English or French.
