Job summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Sales Director, you will support AUTOMOTIVE and Micro-Mobility customers including OEM and Tier1,2 customers in the China region, working with field application engineering team to address customer needs. With a hunger-to-win you are responsible for identifying prospective customers for Automotive, Micro-Mobility and Positioning or Telematics module customers and driving design-wins. You will collaborate cohesively in support of maintaining and expanding AUTO business in China. Responsibilities
l Lead sales efforts for Automotive, Micro-mobility, Positioning and Telematics/Tracker module markets
l Develop and maintain key customers and ecosystem partner relationships for Automotive, Micro-mobility, Positioning and Telematics/Tracker module customers.
l Drive business development and sales including opportunity funnel maintenance, demand generation, and overall revenue growth
l Maintain and strength design-in/win funnel, forecasts, orders and revenue targets.
l Follow and achieve sales and MBO goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
l Partner with customers for specific and strategic product development applications.
l Manage, coach, develop, and support associated channel partners
l Provide input on product requirements and product development and drive for the necessary product enhancements
l Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
l Team up with FAEs, BU and engineering team to ensure proper customer service
l Build productive trust relationships with customers
Qualifications
l BS technical degree or equivalent, MS in EE or CS are preferred
l 8+ years of sales experience in semiconductor industry with at least 4 years AUTO sales experience. Sensor product background is preferred.
l Familiar with AUTO industry and eco-system, Solid track record on cockpit, ADAS, ESC, BMS application segments are preferred
l Demonstrated and trusted sales leader, quick learner, detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strategic thinking and tactical skills
l Proven track record of AUTO sales growth. Track record of over-achieving sales quota
l A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
l Working experience of MEMS sensor in AUTO micro mobility and autonomous vehicles market or positioning markets is preferred.
l Demonstrated exceptional ability in identifying/qualifying potential markets and revenue opportunities.
l Possesses a deep understanding of how to expand sales with existing customers in addition to acquiring new customers in a fast-growing dynamic environment
l Experience in selling technically sophisticated products
l Has good technology and marketing sense of AUTO industry and can organize/analyze customer and market TAM/SAM/SOM for business growth.
l Solid English communication skills for effective interaction with internal international team. Has demonstrated strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Equally strong listening skills.
