- Collaborate closely with global and cross‑regional technology teams, ensuring alignment across time zones and locations.
- Coordinate architecture decisions and delivery plans across multiple parallel initiatives (e.g., cloud migrations, platform modernization, regulatory or scalability programs).
- Work with application owners and platform teams to ensure architectural consistency across different application portfolios and transformation efforts (such as AWS / Azure migrations).
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for senior stakeholders.
- Explore, evaluate, and introduce new technologies where they add clear business value.
- Continuously improve architecture processes, governance models, and working practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, strengthening overall architectural maturity.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for architecture quality and business outcomes.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
