As a Project Director you will be reponsible for managing clients and project management. You will work with the studio Directors on the completion of proposals, projects and project reporting whilst undertaking full project forecasting and fiinancial management
Ideally you will be a qualified architect who is also passionate in design, with the ability to communicate this to the client.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee interior design and architectural design projects and ensure the completion of projects within budget and schedule
- Effectively communicate with consultants, contractors, sub-consultants and other disciplines.
- Understand expectations of the client; Provide complete and timely communication of project information to and from clients and project team.
- Foster a culture of external and internal client service.
- Design capability is needed, with the ability to follow up whole project process.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Architectural or equivalent education and experience required.
- 15+ years of professional relevant (international) experience in working on large scale architectural and interior design projects.
- Cultural, museum, workplace project experience are deems an advantage.
- Solid project experiences throughout the full services of interior design phases
- Architectural experience with some interiors
- Strong organization, collaboration and communication skills to lead clients and design team, and consultant teams.
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
