Position is located in Shanghai, PRC China
What You Will Do:
Space Planning and Analysis
Develop space plans, test fits, and occupancy scenarios to support various business needs and initiatives.
Support client's workplace strategy, identifying opportunities for space improvements based on occupancy data and workplace guidelines.
Conduct occupancy studies and utilization analyses to identify opportunities for space optimization.
Assist in creating move plans and sequencing for office relocations and reconfigurations.
Data Management and Reporting
Generate regular occupancy reports, visualizations, and space allocation/utilization reports to support decision-making processes and highlight optimization opportunities.
Collect, validate, and maintain accurate occupancy data in TRIRIGA system, ensuring data integrity and consistency across planning systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, or related field.
Familiarity with workplace strategy concepts and hybrid work environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
AutoCAD skill will be prefrred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on developing strong presentation abilities and executive presence.
Ability to effectively communicate with and present to various levels of management and clients.
Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a customer service approach.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and space planning
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Working experience with multi functions such as small project, EHS and perchuement.
