Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations and accounting processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This position provides operational support across financial reporting, SAP system management, digital finance initiatives, statutory reporting, company contract review, and other finance – related activates to enhance operational efficiency and business performance
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key stakeholder for SAP Finance operations, including user support, issue resolution, system testing, and process optimization
- Act as the finance representative in SAP upgrade, working closely with IT, business users, and Sector to ensure project delivery.
- Lead and coordinate finance – related digital transformation initiatives and project management activities, including project planning, timeline management, UAT, process documentation, and post- implementation support.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and other documentations required for management reporting and statutory compliance
- Review contracts and related documents to ensure all required approvals and obtained in accordance with company’s DOA, and verify compliance with internal policies.
- Partner with EHS/Sector and relevant functions to coordinate ESG reporting activities, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timely submission of ESG data
- Manage company seal, ensuring proper authorization, usage control, record maintenance, and compliance with internal governance requirements.
- Prepare, review and submit required reports to the statistic bureau and other government authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines.
- Support on other accounting & reporting requirements and projects
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Chinese in both Written and speaking
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Finance or Accounting;
- 8+ relevant financial accounting experience;
- Understanding of financial accounting policies;
- Experience leading digital transformation and finance system implementation project
- Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen & Advanced Knowledge of business and industry;
- Attention to detail, with high standards of accuracy and review;
- Highly self-motivated, ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task project environment.
