Objectives:
Responsible for driving and coordinating hardware development activities for Cockpit, ADAS, Centralized Computing, and other automotive ECU platforms throughout the complete product lifecycle.

Act as the primary hardware development interface between internal hardware development teams, suppliers, validation teams, vehicle programs, and global engineering organizations. Ensure hardware products achieve required technical maturity, integration readiness, and project objectives.
Support both China-led hardware development programs and HQ-led global development projects by driving technical alignment, development tracking, issue escalation, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful hardware deployment into vehicle programs.
