Qualifications Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems and Automation, Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of power systems or power distribution system products. Familiarity with the product development lifecycle is required. Experience in data center DC power systems, telecom power systems, or hardware development is preferred.
- Solid understanding of the operating principles of AC/DC power distribution systems, UPS systems, HVDC systems, and energy storage systems (ESS/BESS).
- Familiarity with low-voltage power distribution standards , low-voltage component selection, cable and busbar sizing calculations, and power distribution system design. Experience in medium-voltage (MV) distribution solution design and transformer selection is highly desirable.
- Proficient in electrical design software such as AutoCAD . Experience with PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, EPLAN, Mentor Graphics, and Pro/E is considered an advantage.
- CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) or above , with good written and verbal English communication skills. Strong spoken English skills are preferred.
