About the role
We’re looking for an highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join JLLT to drive business growth.
You will partner with the world’s top CRE players to develop a comprehensive CRE data solution for their business. Key to your success will be your ability to build long lasting, service focused, customer relationships. You will achieve this in part by advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities. Day to day, you will leverage JLLT’s deep knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends and news, and conducting effective product demonstrations.
What this job involves:
Gain a thorough understanding of your clients and their needs
Become an expert in JLLT’s critical information and marketing solutions
Complete ownership of the full sales cycle including: prospecting, demoing, closing, onboarding, training and renewing
Conduct a high level of in person client and prospect product demonstrations
Provide valuable insight to all participants in the commercial property market, including Brokers, Owners, Investors, Lenders, Tenants etc.
Represent JLLT by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals in your market
Sound like you? To apply you will have:
Bachelor’s degree required
Client facing experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry strongly preferred
Three or more years of successful outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling Data, Research and Analytic platforms or tools, commercial real estate, financial services, business intelligence, marketing or information providers.
Proven track record exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment
Two or more years of experience training clients on how to use a solution post sale
