Senior Design Verification Engineer
Lead verification activities for CT hardware systems. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive verification strategies that ensure CT hardware designs meet product requirements, safety standards, reliability targets, and regulatory expectations.

Your role:
Define and own hardware verification strategy for CT hardware development programs.
Translate system and subsystem requirements into measurable verification plans.
Develop Design Verification Plans, Design Verification Reports, and traceability matrices.
Ensure full requirement-to-test coverage.
Establish verification methodologies, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Lead risk-based verification planning using DFMEA and system risk assessments.
Develop verification protocols covering cross functionalities, mechanical, electrical, thermal, EMC, reliability, etc.
Define, oversee and execute component & subsystem levels of verification.
Lead verification activities and establish requirement traceability, ensure complete verification coverage before design release.
Work with design teams to resolve issues and verify corrective actions.
Partner with reliability engineering to develop verification strategies, ensure design maturity before production release.
You're the right fit if:
Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related discipline).
6 – 8 years of product verification experiences.
Experience in CT, MR, X-ray, Radiation Therapy, healthcare technology, other complex healthcare equipment experiences.
Ability to design statistically meaningful verification tests, including sample size justification and risk-based test coverage.
Solid knowledge of verification methodologies, including performance, stress, margin, reliability and environmental testing.
Experience with medical device standards and regulations (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 14971).
Experience with risk-based verification methodologies.
Strong ownership mentality with high accountability for product quality and patient safety.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese.

定义并管理零部件级(Component Level)和子系统级(Subsystem Level)验证活动。
主导验证执行,建立并维护需求可追溯体系,确保设计发布前完成全面验证覆盖。
与设计团队协作解决验证过程中发现的问题,并验证纠正措施(Corrective Actions)的有效性。
与可靠性工程团队合作制定验证策略,确保产品在量产发布前达到设计成熟度要求。
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
