Shangri-La Tokyo is looking for an experienced Director of Events Management & Weddings to lead our Events team and deliver exceptional luxury event and wedding experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Director of Events (or equivalent) in the hotel industry
- Luxury hotel experience preferred
- Strong analytical and people management skills
- Experience with Delphi is an advantage
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or above) and English, with the ability to conduct business meetings and negotiations in both languages
- Valid work visa for Japan is required
