AI Transformation Specialist
Description -
Key Responsibilities
- Engage closely with operations teams to develop a deep understanding of their workflows, pain points, and business requirements.
- Stay up to date with emerging technology trends, particularly in AI, and lead cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.
- Design and build full-stack solutions that drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
- Share feedback and lessons learned to help continuously improvements.
- Lead AI-related projects and drive the successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Drive the evolution of AI capabilities from internal productivity tools to scalable service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to design and develop full-stack systems integrated with AI capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear and actionable insights.
- Highly self-motivated, with strong learning agility, adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new technologies and driving their adoption in real-world business scenarios.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
