Nestled in the Gongshu District, Hangzhou JEN Hotel is a distinctive landmark that seamlessly blends historical charm with contemporary design, having been thoughtfully renovated from 9 industrial heritage buildings. Currently in its pre-opening phase, the hotel is set to open soon. Boasting an exceptional location, it offers immediate access to Subway Line 5 and is just a 15-minute drive from Hangzhou East Railway Station. Renowned attractions such as West Lake and Xixi Wetland Park are also within a convenient 30-minute drive, ensuring effortless exploration of the city's highlights. As a key component of a large-scale mixed-use development, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant mix of retail, office, and residential spaces, offering guests a diverse and enriching urban experience.
We are looking for Safety Manager, we rely on you to:
- Update and formulate renovation plans, and supervise their implementation to ensure that hotel facilities are continuously improved and always remain in a normal and sound condition.
- Be responsible for the cost-saving operation of the Engineering Department to ensure maximum energy conservation and cost reduction for the hotel.
- Based on the business operation situation, climate conditions, and market energy prices, propose plans for energy-efficient operation.
- Be responsible for coordinating the relationships with relevant municipal engineering and other business departments related to the hotel to obtain a favorable external environment.
- Analyze project quotation sheets and organize personnel to evaluate and accept the completed projects.
- Be responsible for the safety and security work of the hotel to ensure the safety of hotel guests, employees, and their properties.
- Be familiar with and master the functions and operation procedures of the fire control room equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in the fire control room.
- Inspect fire prevention equipment, such as fire hydrants and fire extinguishers.
- Identify the procedures that require training, set up preset scenarios to test the skills of the emergency response team, and manage the training.
- Report any fire hazards occurring in the hotel to the superior.
We are looking for someone who:
- Min 2-3 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
- Has pre-opening experience
- With good communication and organization skills.
- Able to manage, train and motivate the team.
Be familiar with the maintenance of Hotel’s electricity distribution system, Fire-fighting system, Water supply system, Lift system, Low & high voltage electric system.
